1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and preman69 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the preman69.bio domain. These Terms take effect as soon as you access, register, or use any part of the platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.
Users accessing the preman69 platform must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in betting activities under applicable Malaysian law. The platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and accounts that cannot verify eligibility may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation and Personal Information Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the preman69 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the validity of the information submitted. preman69 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents such as a Malaysian IC or passport.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access took place after an official report has been made to us. - Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password for your preman69 account.
- Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
- Keep your personal information updated whenever changes occur.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the preman69 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
You are not permitted to use automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access, manipulate, or exploit any part of the platform. Attempts to bypass security systems, steal other users' data, or disrupt platform operations may result in legal action.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Using credit card details or bank account information that does not belong to you.
- Spreading false or misleading information on the platform.
- Accessing the platform from a country where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
- Engaging in any form of collusion or betting fraud.
Preman69 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating the above rules, including suspending the account while an investigation is carried out.
4. Payments, Transactions, and MYR Currency
All financial transactions on the preman69 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any value discrepancy arising from currency conversion outside the platform is solely the user's responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian payment options available on the platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current platform policy and may change without prior notice.
Winnings may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the preman69 account holder. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
Preman69 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. Transactions cancelled on these grounds are not eligible for a refund.
5. Liability Limits and Account Suspension or Closure Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Preman69 is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or temporary platform unavailability. The platform's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total deposit amount held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary inaccessibility. preman69 is not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure
Preman69 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified by platform policy.
- Closure request submitted by the user through official channels.
If an account is closed for a valid reason and the remaining balance has been confirmed free of any disputes, the balance will be returned to the user's registered bank account within the stipulated timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the preman69 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of preman69 or parties who have granted it usage rights. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from preman69.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that preman69 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Preman69 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
